Pinpoint sized red bumps on stomach during pregnancy?

I have these itch less rash on my stomach. It's not located anywhere else on my body, just my stomach. The bumps are really little, like I said, pinpoint sized, and they aren't clumped together. They are actually rather spread out. I will be talking to my Dr about it when I get the chance, but I've had it all through out my second trimester and wasn't worried because everything I've read talked about itching rashes and this doesn't itch at all. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?
