Children's Halloween Costume Ideas - My 2 year old daughter will be a chicken, and ideas for my infant?

For halloween this year, I saw this adorable chicken costume that I am going to make for my daughter, who will be 2. We are expecting our second daughter at the end of September / first part of October, so she will only be about a month old. Does any one have any ides what I could dress my infant daughter up as, coordinating it with the chicken? The only thing that I have come up with is a "feed sack", making it out of fleece, but I am not sure of it. I was hoping some one else might have a suggestion. It would have to be warm. We live in VT and Halloween is usually chilly, and obviously it would need to be age appropriate for a 1 month old. Thanks in advance!
