I think I was abducted but i'm not sure?

One night I had this dream I was abducted by these little people who were only like 6 inches tall and they operated on me. I woke up and found a scar on my chin exactly where they operated and I KNOW it wasn't there yesterday!!! Has anyone else had this expernce? I need someone to tell me i'm not insane!!!
