Dont you just want to yell at people who do this?

I went to Blockbuster today and when I pulled in the lot the car in front of me drove up onto the strip mall's walkway, up to the return box, rolled down the window, dropped the dvd in, and sped off still on the side walk. Idiot almost hit 2 people and nearly clipped my car when I parked.
