Is this spool big enough to make a tulle tutu?

You said 25 yards and didn't provide a link, so yes the whole spool is 25 yards long. I might worry about the 6" wide - you would have to cut it length wise to get the 3" wide pieces she is using. She is cutting to about a foot long - as long as her forearm. I did a quick search on "6" X 25 tulle" and got tons of returns a href="http://www.google.com/search?q=+6%22+X+25+tulle&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a" rel="nofollow"http://www.google.com/search?q=+6%22+X+2…/a all of which include the word yards meaning the spool is 75 feet, but yards are normally used with fabric.
