Anyone been for a dna test?

my 2 year old daughter is going for a dna test cos her dad (he has no contact with her and has neva met her which is his choice not mine) is refusing to pay child support and now hes decided he wants this test, it says on the letter i got that i have to take 2 pport size photos of me and my daughter in when we have the test and he has to do the same when he goes for his test. what i want to know is will i get to see the picture ov him because how do i know that it was him who took the test??
