yze my dream: I dreamt that I was at home and I was being given advice; I reacted pionately against it?

I was sitting at home on the floor next to 2 females, both of south asian descent. One, I didn't recognize was perfectly made over - she looked immaculate. She began to talk derisively about my life choices. She told me that studying psychology won't pay for an apartment and that I should go back to economics, the other female chimed in that she agreed. I recognized the second female as a friend of mine who has generally been pushy with her advice. I felt ganged up on by them both. I reacted by telling the first female that I felt it was rich coming from her that she who worked so hard to project a plastic image of herself as self-ured was criticizing something I'm working towards. My desire to study and my effort felt real against my interpretation of her desire to merely 'appear' as praiseworthy. She scoffed at me and I told her she was jealous of me.
