So apparently my triglestroids are pretty high so I went an entire day without eating...........?
after i woke up I didnt really look much thinner becuase usually every morning you look very skinney until you eat something so I went the whole morning without eating anything. Then all of asudden I decided to eat half an ovacado and it looks like a gained 10 billion pounds. What should i do? I doo 300 sit ups a day and lift weights and am 5 foot 9 and 170 pounds with high triglestroids and need to loose weight. Do situps do anything? Do I have to do more cardiac excersizes becuase situps are like easier becuase my tredmil is very loud and old and its too cold outside for running. What do i do and is there somethig wrong about going a day and a half without eating?
