How can I serve or what can I serve with buffalo and blue cheese turkey meat?

I was thinking of some sort of sauce, like swedish meat have but I am not sure what kind or flavor. I was thinking of serving it with brown rice but i am open to all kinds of helpful suggestions. thanks.
