Going away with friends, feeling really really uncomfortable...any advice?

hey i feel you I'm 17 almost 18 5'4 and 230lbs. last year me and my friends went on a trip to Disney world for a club at school and one of the days we all went to blizzard beach i think i was and there was no f-ing way i was going to wear a swimsuit, so i basically sat there for 4 hours with the chaperones while my friends, who are thin, had fun in the water park. don't get me wrong they came and chilled with me a few times for 10 min or so, but it sucks and it hurts I know, but there's not much you can do except make the best of it and hope your friends try to make you feel comfortable. sorry i don't have a definative answer for your problem.
