Am I ok blood in semen?

I just turned 17 and had a sports accident where I got hit in the testicles.I waited a few days to tell my parents that my testicles were swollen and hurt real bad My parents took me to the hospital and they examend my testicles. She told me I would need a ultra sound. 2 lady's did the ultra sound then asked if I could provide a semen sample to check for blood in my semen and that my testicles were functioning correctly. I was so confused I am not ualy active. Or ever had a girl frend. The one lady explained that all I had to do Is go into the other room and masturbate into a little spesimend jar. I told her i had never d before. She explained what to do and I tryed it buy it dident work. The other nurse asked if I wanted to take the cup home and try or she could help me. I told her she could help she came into the room and rubbed me and I d quickly. A few min later she told me I had a little blood in my semen and iwould need to see a nother doctor tomarow. Am I going to be ok is it normal to have blood in you semen after a accident when will the swelling go down they gave me pills
